At the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grand Hospital, Dr. Irmia Mohsen Shafik, the first session of the medical board of Grand Hospital was held on Thursday, October 13, 2022, under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Sherif Wadie Nashed, Professor and Head of the Intensive Care Departments at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Emergencies and Urgent Care, and Chairman of the Medical Board of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority.
The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Ali Yehia Hassouna, the hospital director and deputy chairman of the board, and the following members:

During its first session, the board discussed all the means to formulate therapeutic policies and determine the roles of department directors to create a harmonious atmosphere among all departments within the hospital. The aim is to improve the healthcare service across all medical specialties, benefiting the patient quickly and providing the highest levels of medical services in line with the highest international standards of medical quality.
On this occasion, the management of Grand Hospital is honored and congratulates itself on the appointment of Professor Dr. Sherif Wadie Nashed as the chairman of the medical board of the hospital, along with all the university professors and consultants who are members of the board. They hope that the hospital and its esteemed board will succeed in achieving the highest levels of healthcare, thus fulfilling the role of the private sector and investment in alignment with the efforts and developmental plans of the state in the healthcare field.
